Reservations for The American Harvest are full for the remainder of the Fall 2024 semester.
Guest bookings for the Winter 2025 semester will be available up to 30 days in advance.

We look forward to providing our guests a refined dining experience in an upscale casual atmosphere, proudly served by our Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts students.

Our American Harvest a la carte Lunch menu changes daily, offering freshly baked breads, gourmet soups, delicious salads, creative entrees, and an extensive selection of tempting desserts. Prices typically hover around $25-$30 per person.

Our American Harvest International Dinner Buffet menu changes weekly, at $38.95 per adult, and $20 per child (12 & under).

Don’t go there. It’s terrible! Actually, it’s my favorite restaurant and always hard to get reservations so don’t go. LOL! I’m conflicted, I want to keep this place a secret, but here I am posting on their behalf. If you do go you won’t be disappointed and you will help support the students that work very hard to make your dining experience special.

Cork & Gabel, a restaurant fusion of Irish, Italian, and German cuisine, opened in 2018 in Detroit's Corktown district. We are known for our use of modern techniques on old school classics. European comfort food is a staple at Cork & Gabel. We pride ourselves on being a scratch kitchen, sourcing and using Michigan vendors including farmers and small business. Fresh is key when it comes to providing a great experience and we make everything we can fresh and in house.

Beautiful old building is worth the trip, particularly right next to Michigan Central which is lit up festively for the season, but the food was great too - we got fried cheese, pretzel and dip, and tri-dip apps and it was before 6 so we got happy hour prices. All of them were excellent. Entrees included fish n chips, salads, and pasta and we all joined the clean plate club with them. Would definitely recommend if visiting the train station or Senate Theater.

A Google search for an Italian restaurant in Detroit to celebrate our daughters birthday lead us to Giovanni’s. Everything was amazing! Service, food, ambiance, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We will definitely be back!!

Chef Guy Pelino has been a part of the italian cuisine culture here for over 25 years. He is thrilled that Amore da Roma will be able to contribute to the revitalization of Eastern Market while maintaining the history of the original Roma Cafe in both recipes and atmosphere. I took a close friend there for her birthday and it was both of our first time being there. We both enjoyed our food a whole lot and we had mimosa flights with the flavors of lavender, mango, and blueberry and they were REALLY good. Highly recommended place and we’ll definitely be returning. Thanks for the great experience and delicious food!

As always, the food was amazing. The ago tuna tartare and wild mushroom flatbread was spectacular. The Maui tuna crunch salad was amazing. The risotto’s were delicious. And the wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable!
