Aska – auf schwedisch »Asche« – ist die exklusive Sushi Bar von Sternekoch Anton Schmaus. Umgeben von feinen Schattierungen des tiefschwarzen Interieurs zelebriert Meister Atsushi Sugimoto authentisch japanisches Sushi als Zeremonie.
Sushi ist nicht nur eine Speise, hinter der traditionellen Kunst steckt viel Handwerk und Wissen um das Produkt. Mit kunstvoller Tradition und fertigen Handgriffen wird aus der Zubereitung ein Ritual. Der Meister kommuniziert im stillen Dialog mit dem Gast und gibt das Sushi von Hand zu Hand. Die Zubereitung ist im Aska klassisch, die Fische zum Teil regional. Keine California Rolls, keine vegetarischen Maki: im Acht- bis Zehn-Gang-Menü begleitet von einer feinen Auswahl an Reiswein: authentisch japanisch, reduziert auf guten Fisch und Reis.

Was a great experience for someone who likes to try course meals. It didn’t disappoint me and my husband. Every course gave us a very unique and scrumptious taste. The service was amazing as well. We will come back again.

Wir servieren 9-Gänge mit bester Weinbegleitung - dies lässt sich mit einer Übernachtung vor Ort umso entspannter genießen. Übernachten können Sie in unserem Gästehaus oder ganz in der Nähe in einem der zahlreichen Hotels und Pensionen im Kreis Simmershofen-Auernhofen, Aub, Creglingen, Gollhofen, Tauberzell und Uffenheim. Unser Fine Dining Restaurant befindet sich im denkmalgeschützten Haupthaus unseres Winzerhofs in Auernhofen-Simmershofen. Sie erreichen uns ab Würzburg in ca. 35 Autominuten, ab Rothenburg ob der Tauber in ca. 25 Minuten, ab Bad Mergentheim in ca. 30 Minuten. Kostenfreie Parkplätze und Wohnmobilstellplätze auf dem Hof.

Excellent food and wine, very friendly service, a very enjoyable visit to Winzerhof Stahl. The owner even opened a bottle of their Edel Sauvignon Blanc Fass 500 and shared with us at no cost. Fantastic wine. The whole experience definitely worth a detour !

From start to finish this meal was excellent! The service was fantastic, and the entire staff was very helpful with accommodating English versus German as we’re visiting from the States. The food was so fresh, well prepared and presented! Highly recommend!

We highly recommend it. The pizza, is a real authentic Neapolitan pizza, high quality ingredients, excellent pizza dough and baking. Bravissimi!
