Envero en el valle es un restaurante campestre ubicado en el Valle de Guadalupe, dentro de la vinícola de Las Nubes. La cocina de Envero es honesta, con sabores reales donde se le hace homenaje al producto de Baja California. Puedes disfrutar de su deliciosa comida y vino en una terraza con una vista panorámica a los viñedos y la sierra blanca. La chef Fabiola Aceves y el chef Alejandro Torres son una joven pareja que siempre estarán cuidando cada detalle. Cuando visites Envero no te puedes perder la tarta de fruta de temporada, el chamorro de cerdo cocido en horno de leña o dejarte deslumbrar por la "mesa del chef" nuestro menú degustación 5 tiempos.

Tasting menu was delightful. The view of the valley is spectacular. Wine pairings were great.

After 15 Years in san Diego, Award winner Chef Moumen Nouri decide to move his Moroccan Restaurant to the heart of the Valle De Guadalupe; a community rich in agricultural products, but also welcoming to new concepts and cuisines. Nestled inside the gorgeous Anatolia Winery, Kous Kous Cocina de Marruecos is known for its family style service of delicious slow braised Tagines, grilled lamb Chops and Ribeye, and large Mediterranean Salads. All this in a cozy and relaxed environment, surrounded with Moroccan Lanterns and colorful soft pillows and drapery.
Our commitment to Valle De Guadalupe is to work only and exclusively with local farmers, from wines and other distilled liquors, to fruits, vegetables, seafoods and meats, to training and employing families of local farmers.

Kous kous is always a great experience. The food is amazing. The decor is perfect. I definitely recommend this place whether for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends.

Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shoutout to Andre R and Kevin for the White Glove Service 👏👏 I took my parents and they were impressed! Kevin and Andre absolutely crushed it! They were very engaging and we loved everything they recommended!! The service was next-level. These guys were awesome 👏 they didn’t miss a single detail. Now, the food—absolutely divine!! It was a wonderful meal 😋 We Loved it!! ANIMAL isn’t just a place to eat—it’s an experience!! If you’re looking for a spot to impress, or just to indulge, ANIMAL it is!! It’s worth every peso, and then some! Definitely recommend 💯

Great food, pastas, appetizers, and the meat. Great Service perfect for a date or small group of friends. Very few tables in the restaurant so very intimate feeling.

This was our second visit to Lorenza, as we loved our experience on our first. We enjoyed the Tomas (roasted tomato) soups and our shared chicharron de rib eye. We enjoyed a bottle from their selection of red wines from the Guadalupe Valley -- it was good, but now I cannot recall the name (which was quirky). Our server -- Luis Vicente -- was friendly and skillful. We will come back on our next visit to Tijuana.
