this is a neighborhood gem! It may be a smaller dining room, but the service and food are very good (the pasta with pesto and salmon outstanding!).

We always have a great meal here! We started out with a large Caesar salad that my husband and I split. It was cold, crisp, delicious and more than enough for two people. We ate that along with the complementary basket of bread our waitress brought to the table right away. I can’t make myself order anything other than the Shrimp Scampi when I dine here because I love it so much! My husband got the Veal Marsala, which he said was very good, although the meat wasn’t as tender as he would’ve liked. The only downside was our very small table that was kind of hard to find places to put salad bowls, bread plates, salad, glasses of water and wine and the bread basket without stacking things on top of each other. The tables are also very close together so waiters/waitresses barely have walking space between tables. BUT…if they spaced things out more, they may not have had an open table for our last minute reservation, so I can’t complain too much about that! Always a great dining experience!

We always enjoy our dinners at DiFabio’s. I think the Chicken Piccata and the bread are my faves. Our server was Cuban and was adorable. She was attentive and prompt.

I recently dined at Di Fabio, and I must say, the experience was a delightful culinary journey, despite a few hiccups along the way. To start, we ordered the bruschetta, which is undoubtedly some of the best I’ve ever had. Each bite was a burst of fresh flavors, with perfectly ripe tomatoes, fragrant basil, and just the right amount of seasoning. No matter the season, this appetizer always seems to maintain its freshness, a testament to the kitchen’s commitment to quality ingredients. Moving on to the entrees, I opted for the Chicken Alfredo, and it was nothing short of delicious. The creamy sauce was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the tender chicken and al dente pasta. The portion sizes were generous, making it one of the best values I’ve encountered in the area. It’s clear that Di Fabio takes pride in delivering tasty dishes without breaking the bank. However, we did experience some delays during our visit. Our server, while incredibly friendly and attentive, was a bit slow. It took quite some time for our entrees to arrive, and we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to receive our check at the end of the meal. Although this was a minor setback, it did take away from an otherwise stellar dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Di Fabio for anyone seeking delicious food at a great value. The bruschetta alone is worth the visit, and with a little more efficiency from the service team, this restaurant has the potential to be a true gem. I look forward to returning and enjoying another fantastic meal!

One of our favorite restaurants! It was New Year’s Eve and the place was packed with a big lineup at the front desk. Nonetheless, our table for two was ready for us right on time! Everyone from the hostess to our server to the gentlemen who brought our food to our table was smiling and present. Despite the fact the restaurant was jampacked. The food, as always, was delicious. Good Italian home cooking and very reasonable prices.

The food is inexpensive, but generally yummy. The shrimp scampi doesn’t have enough garlic and the noodles are not homemade. But the salad and tiramisu were awesome. The ambience is romantic and pleasant, but it was slammed on New Years Eve so the service was slow.

We booked our dinner on New Years eve so maybe this was not a great representation for their normal business here is our experience. There is NO parking lot, on street only and I was extremely busy. We booked the patio and figured that they would not offer it if not sealed off and warm in December like other restaurants, I even confirmed with the restaurant before arrival. No, not sealed off. They had heavy duty plastic traps hanging freely over the large open areas, leaving extremely large gaps in every section. They did have several outdoor heaters which made the top half of your body pretty warm but my ankles and toes were extremely cold! If they want to book this space to get every dollar then this should have been all sealed off so the lower part of your body was not freezing. I was properly dressed in jeans and a wool coat, I wore my coat for 85% of the meal, after that the heaters made it warm enough to take the coat off for the most part. Our server was polite but very frustrated it seemed, I believe they may have been understaffed because we waited awhile for the check and other things. The food was good and we would return for that, we will never book the patio again.
