Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Always a top favorite when staying at The Venetian. Service is top tier. This time we tried the bbq shrimp app and wasn’t disappointed. Followed by two 9 ounce juicy and tender fillets. Get the Lobster Mac and Cheese! Mint ice cream dessert 🍨 👍 Can’t wait to come back in March

    Jayson and Alex were so attentive and really went above and beyond to make our first time experience dining at Delmonico’s beyond amazing! The steak was phenomenal and simply one of the best we’ve ever tasted…WOW! The desserts were just as irresistible which is why we ordered three to share between the two of us. Hands down, this was the best overall experience we’ve had dining in Vegas!

    What a pleasure to go shopping at the Venetian and then enjoy a sublime lunch at Delmonico’s!!! Today we had another friend with us and we heartily recommended the price fixe lunch menu to her. She loved her lobster bisque appetizer and blackened salmon entree. The slice of Boston Crème pie was divinely decadent, and we all took home the scrumptious pumpkin empanadas (after eating the super luscious ice cream). We’re so obsessed with Delmonico’s desserts that we have to order two desserts in order to experience full transport!!! It escapes me how this restaurant can offer such tremendous value for a 3-course lunch for such a moderate price fixe! Thank you, Delmonico’s, and special thanks to our wonderful server, Edward!

    Dining at Delmonico’s at the Venetian was absolutely amazing!!! Mickey our server was incredible with her suggestions and the food was outstanding! Would definitely dine here again and would absolutely recommend to friends. Keep up the great work!!
