- VValerieTampa / Central Florida West •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI had our reservations for a very long time, I checked to see what the discount was for parking. That was when I saw your hours posted on your website. We almost didn't show up because your website is wrong on your hours. You may want to correct that, you would have more people dining. So happy we did show up, the food was fab! Our server was the best and I haven't been there in 50 yrs. In fact I would love the recipe for the mayo served with the smash burger. Thank you.....More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6

We were given a booth since I indicated the occasion. We were 5 people. Appetizers were good. We got the stuffed mushrooms and the grilled calamari. All entrees were delicious: eggplant parmesan, lasagna, rigatoni ala vodka, pappardele and chicken vesuvio. Food came on time. We were given a complementary dessert- ice cream with a candle for my daughter. We highly recommend. We will definitely be back!More infoil PorcellinoPrice: Moderate• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.7

- JJohnVIPChicago / Illinois •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWhen we arrived for our reservation, they were running about 1/2 hour behind and the place was packed. We went to the tasting bar, and asked for a sample of the wine of the month. About 20 minutes later, the server gave us another tasting, since we were waiting so long. After 45 minutes we were seated, and the manager apologetically offered us a complementary appetizer, which was very kind. Our server Lisa was delightful, and most of the food was good, but unfortunately my entree came more "well-done" than medium as requested. The server offered to get another, but I declined. Once again, the manager returned apologizing, and took it off of our bill. Since it was my birthday, I got two lovely truffles from Lisa, along with the dessert we ordered. All-in-all, despite the few hiccups, we had a lovely dinner. The fact that they made such an effort to compensate for the evening's delays and errors, shows how well they treat their customers, and why we love Cooper's Hawk Burr Ridge. The staff is dedicated, and it shows!More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Burr Ridge, ILPrice: Moderate• American• Burr Ridge•4.6
- AAmyChicago / Illinois •32 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024Always great! Christmas Day Dinner is usually stressful and expensive at a restaurant. It was perfect at Francesca’s last night. They did a great job allowing off the menu selections, friendly service and a beautiful atmosphere. But, pls for the love of Italian food, bring back the old Ceasar Salad. The new recipe is not good. The old one was perfection!!!More infoFrancesca's on 95thPrice: Moderate• Italian• Oak Lawn•4.6
