It was very busy so thank goodness we had a reservation. I recommend always making a reservation anyway. I had the parmesan crusted mahi mahi and my friend had a cheeseburger. We both thought our meals were delicious. Between that and the pretzel bread that is served complimentary, we were so full afterward. We also got a bottle of the rhubarb wine to share. It has a unique flavor. It's a sweet wine but not overly sweet. I felt it was a perfect accompaniment to my mahi mahi. The noise level was higher than usual due to the large crowd but overall it was a very pleasant evening.

Not only did she provide courteous service, but her candid , informed recommendations were insightful, given our previous experiences at Coopershawk! The new Abrillante, International wine was a perfect accompaniment to the decadent chef’s cheesecake recommendation! A bottle is now waiting patiently in my refrigerator waiting to be uncorked! Thank you, Burt Ridge Coopershawk for once again providing a quintessential dining experience!
