Best Wine Bars in Streeterville

Overall a great experience. The restaurant is setup for high volume as the tables are small and very tight together. I understand packing the tables together to maximize the space helps earn money - it was a bit too tight for my personal liking- although I would return.

We loved our time here- I loved that it had a great vibe and we could talk and enjoy every ones company. Food was great and a great value- It was a cold night- we sat by the window and it was cold. We sat with our coats over our shoulder. This was the only minus- Otherwise a stellar experience.

We had an amazing dinner, Ralph was a great waiter, full of good recommendations and the food was really good. The atmosphere was perfect for a date night, especially after a long day of walking on Michigan Avenue!

The noise level does not allow me to rate it as, to damn loud ! Otherwise great food and service. Our waitress was outstanding. Support staff on top of everything. Food was delicious. We entered when there were just 4 tables occupied. As the evening progressed and noise level rosé, I noticed the music volume was turned up. As more tableau were filled, music turned up further. Why ? To motivatie people not to linger in order to turn over tables quicker ? As much as we enjoyed everything else. Not sure if we will return to all that noise which the restaurant creaties by continually increasing volume of music

Walnut Room Holiday Brunch was fantastic. Of course the Christmas decorations are amazing. Service was very good. The wait staff professional and accommodating. The brunch lines were not long and food fresh. They served the typical breakfast foods with pastries and fresh fruit. All very good. There were complimentary photos with option to purchase others. I have to say photographer Ronit Bezalel did an amazing job capturing my husband and me. I expected the traditional stand in front of the tree type photo, but Ronit was much more creative. Don’t pass this up if offered. A great holiday breakfast. Cheers!
