Went for set lunch today at Cloth. All the food was very good, but the cod brandade starter in particular was amazing - perfectly balanced flavours and beautifully seasoned. The dishes may look and sound simple on the menu but are nicely refined and interesting. The portions are not huge; rather the size was carefully considered for a lunch menu. The flavours were rich but not too heavy, so clearly a lot of thought has been put into the overall design on the set lunch. It also represented good value for money and, as a result, the restaurant was very busy. The atmosphere is quite cosy and noisy due to the low ceilings. Overall I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

I discovered this restaurant by accident last year. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. And as a person who likes to dine after the theater, they stay open on weeknights till about 10:45. There weren’t many people in the restaurant by the time I arrived, but the service, food quality, and value, like last year, was excellent.
