- GGayleVIPChicago / Illinois •23 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a delicious meal at Chalong Sourhern Thai. The sever was friendly and helpful, and the food and bar service was extremely fast. The fast service was very helpful because we were going to a show in the theatre district after dinner which is an easy walk from the restaurant. The only issue with Chalong is the lack of vegetarian entrees. As long as that isn't a problem, the experience is wonderful!More infoChalong Southern ThaiPrice: Expensive• Thai• Hell's Kitchen•4.8
- KkimberleyNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe came to this place under the premise that the food was outstanding based on the Michelin rating and social media touting that the food was comparably to that in Thailand…..this was the reason we booked. The service was lovely, everyone friendly and attentive which is always appreciated. The shrimp pancake appetizer was an interactive delicious experience. The rose quartz drink I had done virgin and enjoyed. The shrimp pad Thai was delicious, noodles done well, very tasty. The Wagyu pho was recommended and underwhelming honestly. We enjoyed both of the desserts we ordered, the crème brûlée and mango ice cream served with sticky rice….this was a highlight for us. Would I say Value….Probably Not.More infoSoothrPrice: Expensive• Thai• East Village•4.7
- TThelddyNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI have no complaints ! On arrival the ambiance was great, dim lighting , calm music , and a sense of class and elegance to match. Tables weren’t ready yet but we were directed to one of the bars where the drinks started our nights off perfectly! As receiving our tables 5 minutes after and food about 10 minutes after that I was shocked how fast things were moving to make accommodations. The food was to die for, the shaking steak I highly recommend as the seasonings was so savory. The sticky rice complimented it perfectly definitely giving that tai feel, while our waiter was nothing short of perfect even offering us tiramisu ahead to time so it would be received faster as it was. If you’re looking for a good date night place that isn’t too pricy but still gives out Luxury I highly recommend it there!More infoTwin TailsPrice: Expensive• Thai• Upper West Side•4.7
