But food as requested was served really promptly! We loved their chicken meatballs and some of their sushi and their sliders; spinach dip, though very pretty was very hard to eat on little tables! Cocktails were a little on the too sweet side for me? Very hard to see the small menus and our food with a very dim lighting? But I’m not a young chicken anymore either! Our wait staff was wonderfully attentive and enthusiastic. The food was truly gourmet. I was impressed with the entire menu. We had a tour of the classrooms and kitchens at the end of the evening conducted by one of the students. We loved seeing the passion and joy in the youth. If I had any complaint it is that reservations go quickly. I would love to experience the Broadmoor Bistro far more regularly!
