He went above and beyond to accommodate and you can feel his genuine pleasure in making your experience perfect. The food itself is good, but not necessarily to level of which you pay. We split the prime rib special and added the mac and cheese. The steak lacked salt as well as the Cesar salad, but that could just be our American palate. They have just been open for a month but you can tell they make their food with care and love and the service is unbeatable. We were not in a rush whatsoever and our server Santiago was great. Manuel was also fantastic. We were checked on multiple times throughout the night and the food was just great. I got the lamb chops and my husband got the filet.
