- AAprilSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoAtmosphere: Perfect: great ambience, nice/large round table in the back corner with dim lighting; extremely clean (not a hint of cigarette smoke in the elevator or restaurant). Presented very classy. Service: Hostess was excellent (welcoming, professional); seating time was impeccable. Waiter (from start to finish): Extraordinary!!! Equal to the food, he went “above and beyond.” Professional, knowledgeable, classy, attentive - but not overly so; VERY kind/polite. He presented well and represented this restaurant with absolute top tier class. He made the experience luxurious and he will be the reason we return. Food: We had Ribeye Steak, Chicken salad, Salmon, and Clam Chowder, vegetables, rolls…all amazing). Sons had Chardonnay wine, loved it. The Chef is the best now we’ve experienced, so far (Italy, France, London, Germany, Hawaii, Tokyo, Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, etc.). To say this restaurant exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Price: Right on point for quality and service. Location: This restaurant is worth the drive to Tacoma. Parking: Clean. Huge parking garage. High ceilings - can fit any size vehicles (large trucks); bright lighting; present physical security; cameras; close walk to elevators. Directions: Drive past the Casino entrance/drive around to second stop sign (one going to the left and one that will take you straight or to the right): Go left. Very next left turn (into the “East” garage). Take the elevator to the 4th floor. At the security check, circle to the left hall to next set of elevators; take elevator to the 11th floor. Amazing view!More infoSlahal Restaurant and BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Tacoma•4.2
- SSandySeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is our second year doing Thanksgiving at Black Angus/Federal Way, Washington. This year, I was a little late in making reservations and had to settle for seating in the bar. I was fine with that but when we arrived, our hostess advised me they had a booth in the dinner area that would be available in about 5 minutes. I was thrilled. We began by ordering cocktails and because our request was a little out of the ordinary, the bar tender personally came to our table to clarify our choices. Consequently, the drink was perfection. I had ordered Tom Collins (with gin instead of vodka), dirty with three green olives. Our dinner was excellent. I have never been able to stomach sweet potatoes but their chef does a wonderful job with them. I could pass on the mashed potatoes & gravy and have a double dose of the sweet potatoes. The steamed broccoli was not bland at all, seasoned to perfection. I have to say that their chef really has a special way with the seasonings. Always dresses things up but never over do's. Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing and served us beautifully. We will definitely being doing this again next year. In fact, already made reservations for Christmas Eve.More infoBlack Angus Steakhouse - Federal WayPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Federal Way•4.6

- GgregAnchorage / Alaska •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoOutstanding Thanksgiving Day experience. Everything tasted perfect to include the classic Thanksgiving food they provided. Only complaint is they need to quiet the place down with some sort sound dampening in the roof area as the place echos like crazy. However, it was an excellent experience and we’ll definitely come back.More infoTexas de Brazil - TacomaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Tacoma•4.4
