I liked a cold plate to have my steak served on and when I forget to mention he remembers Who does that ? With the number of people he serves every day He’s been there since maybe they first opened back in around 1994 and is top notch on anything you order from him. He’s amazing. The steak is the best in the desert along with any or everything you order.
