Best Steakhouses in North Richland Hills

Perry's has never disappoint my expectations from entering the restaurant to the welcome greeting and awesome wait staff. They do care how you want your meal and will continually update when the main course will be at out table. Beyond our expectations! The ambiance was beautiful, perfect for our anniversary. The service was excellent. Even though we got there ahead of our reservation, we didn’t have to wait very long. We never had to ask for anything. Our drink were constantly being filled and our waitress was always checking on us. The food was something we will always remember. We both had the Double Eagle Margarita and we both loved it, an experience all on its own. Best we ever had. The Prime Rib steak melted in our mouths, we had the Truffle Butter added and really elevated it. I had Whipped Potatoes and my husband had fully loaded baked potato, we loved both. Our start was Lobster Bisque, which was very creamy and delicious and my husband had a salad with the best bacon we’ve ever had. I can’t even described how wonderful the fresh baked rolls were. They brushed honey butter on top with a little bit of rock salt. I’ll be thinking about those rolls for awhile. They brought out their very delicious Butter cake, on the house. And my husband ordered the chocolate mousse cake, he loved it. We would love to come back one day. Very worth it!

I mistakenly made a reservation for two people when booking through the app. When I called the restaurant, they kindly and quickly changed it to three people. When we arrived, the place was very crowded (which is expected since it was Christmas Day lunch), and it took about 10 minutes to be seated. However, the staff was always timely and attentive, and except for the Fried Mushroom appetizer, all the dishes were brought out quickly, allowing us to have a pleasant dining experience. Even during the peak Christmas time, the staff were all professional and friendly. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Waiter (Jack) was prompt and efficient. However, our desire was to have a leisurely Christmas Eve dinner, but Jack explained that Chef wanted orders filled before finishing our starter and our cocktails. And sure enough along came our entrees! It was all about turning tables for the establishment ! Will never reserve at Nick & Sam’s on Holidays!!

The service was good but slow, they were understaffed.
