When we entered the restaurant I asked if Shawna was working this evening and when I heard that she was I requested a table in her section. She recognized us immediately. We told her we were in the mood for a quiet evening and we wanted to take our time with dinner and that is exactly what she did with us. The scallops wrapped with bacon and the lobster ravioli appetizers were extremely delicious. Both of our fillets topped with crab meat was just perfectly cooked and tasted so good with the au poivre preparation. The hot chocolate lava cake was so yummy and made a perfect ending for our phenomenal dinner. At Sullivan’s Steakhouse, I received outstanding service, and I had an excellent dining experience. My server Maurice was thorough and provided me and my guest with a superior level of personalized service. The food was prepared as requested, seasoned well and five stars delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was at a good holiday celebration noise level. And the few children I observed as present were well mannered and dressed nicely for the occasion. The manager Michael Pons Jr. was hands-on and very attentive to his restaurant guests. He made me feel like a valued customer. That said, when a restaurant does so many celebrations it can seem "run of the mill" or a "rinse and repeat" process. Not the case. From the pre-dinner cocktail (well thought out spirits selection and specialty cocktails) to the hostess, wait staff, menu and execution. An individual and lovely experience. Well done to all.
