My mom and I had dinner at the Saltgrass on Christmas Day. Service was a little slow between courses, but it was completely packed with every table full and a long line waiting to be seated, so understandable. The food was excellent! We both had the rib eye and it was cooked to perfection and delicious. I definitely recommend them for a nice dinner.

This was our third year as a family celebrating Christmas at Del Frisco’s. Everything was top notch and every staff member beginning from the moment you walked up to the entrance with the valet men all the way to the very last contact inside the dining room was extremely pleasant! The food was delicious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The wine selection was exquisite. We enjoyed the sides of gnocchi and also brussel sprouts, and also loved the wedge salad. The only food complaint is the oysters Rockefeller. Two small oysters for $23 and there was too much breadcrumbs that overpowered the oyster. Our server and the manager both checked on us multiple times and we got a little background on our wine choice and other wines that family makes, so it was interesting. Great service, great experience.
