The ambiance is fantastic and the manager Chris was exceptional accommodating of our numerous reservation adjustments. The main server was probably a very nice person but was kind of phoning it in and seemed to be offering the same service I’d expect at a chipotle - if I’m honest. We won’t be back. Michael Jordan’s Restaurant at Mohegan Sun is 1000000 times nicer. Better ambiance. Better service. Better cocktail menu. Just so much better … but we took a gamble (no pun intended) with what I thought could be a similar experience. Definitely not worth the $400 + we spent and if this review helps someone who does enjoy fine dining and a great “experience” - David Burke Prime is not it. Zero vibe. Fast food service. Very delicious food. Crazy price tag. As a business owner I do take these surveys seriously. I know it’s not fun to read when you’re not hitting the mark and delighting people. This restaurant could likely do better with servers who really want to be there - I mean the tips have to be decent based on the meal costs.
