Best Steakhouses in Aspinwall

Have eaten here multiples times; emphasized to waitress that I wanted lightly pink filet and asked for confirmation that medium well was what I wanted. Yes she said clearly. When the meals came, the waitress asked if everything was okay before we had a chance to cut our meat. Ordered medium well and of the 4 steaks, my filet arrived RARE. Had to wait awhile, no less than 10 min, for the waitress to return and send the steak back. She insisted that she wrote down Med Rare. It was clear the mistake was on her and she never apologized for her mistake. I had to ask to have the Bernaise sauce remade so it wasn't stone cold. Very annoying to wait to eat all my sides with my steak. After this, the waitress offered us birthday desserts. We asked if they were free and she said yes. The bill came and we were charged for them. She again insisted that it was on the bill and it wasn't. Then she brings back the bill and only one dessert was removed. The communication was not clear and perhaps it was bc we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Being transparent would have been appreciated. We left her a full 20% tip although she didn't deserve it and my meal was quite disappointing. The rest of the meals were good.

Our experience was wonderful! We were there for the bubbles and caviar experience. Everything was amazing! So glad we participated in this event. Karissa made our night even more amazing! She was so personable and friendly.

Staff very friendly! Halibit, Sea Bass, Rack of Lamb were all great. Sticky toffee & cheesecake…excellent desserts.

We have bee here many time and have always had a good meal but his time was really good. The restaurant was packed with the holidays. I am sure that the kitchen was very busy. We had a few slight issues with our steaks and our server, Ryan and one of the managers, bent over backwards to accommodate us. We were very appreciative as we did have a very large group.

Excellent food and service. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our server Kenzi was very attentive and made us feel at home. Well worth the visit! Went there for the holidays since our son was in from Seattle. Highly recommend!
