Greeted with a a glass of Prosecco, amazing. The manager on the floor, Wes, came by and introduced himself shortly after Jada, our server, come by to bring us some water. She was very well versed in the menu and had some great tips & recommendations. Excellent service from start to finish from everyone we interacted with. Food was great as always, love coming to this Joeys location! Thank you Wes & Jada!

5-Star Review for The Keg – Valentine’s Evening We had a fantastic Valentine’s dinner at The Keg! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Vanessa, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The manager, Sabrina, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, adding a thoughtful touch to our evening. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. To top it all off, we were treated to a complimentary crème brûlée for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful night. A big thank you to Vanessa, Sabrina, and the entire team at The Keg for making our Valentine’s dinner so special. We’ll definitely be back!

THE FOOD, AS ALWAYS, WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE OUTSTANDING. OUR HOSTESS WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO FIND A TABLE SUITABLE FOR MYSELF AND MY WIFE. BECAUSE I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR, I REQUIRE A SPACE WHERE MY WIFE COULD SIT BESIDE ME ON A HIGH STOOL TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR HER TO FEED ME. THE SERVER WAS ALWAYS THERE AT AN APPROPRIATE TIME. WE NEVER FELT RUSHED, BUT WE NEVER FELT NEGLECTED. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE FELT COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME.

Best fish & chips I've ever had! Service was appropriately attentive. What I was shocked to find out is that I was charged SO MUCH for a requested birthday acknowledgement!!! $16.95 for a small piece of dry, mediocre tasting chocolate torte. Had I known I was going to be charged SO MUCH, I would've at the very least, liked to be able to choose my dessert; sticky toffee pudding perhaps? For the money you made by me choosing to celebrate my sister's birthday at your restaurant, a complimentary birthday treat would've left a much better taste in my mouth and consider coming back another time.
