The food is always great but sometimes the service at this location has been off, but not last night. Our server Sarah was excellent! She was friendly, very professional and super efficient. Our filets were cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious as well. At Sullivan’s Steakhouse, I received outstanding service, and I had an excellent dining experience. My server Maurice was thorough and provided me and my guest with a superior level of personalized service. The food was prepared as requested, seasoned well and five stars delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was at a good holiday celebration noise level. And the few children I observed as present were well mannered and dressed nicely for the occasion. The manager Michael Pons Jr. was hands-on and very attentive to his restaurant guests. He made me feel like a valued customer. Everything was wonderful - from a warm welcome at check in, my fabulous, attentive server, Miss Brandy and, of course, the perfectly prepared food.
