I ordered the New York strip steak, cooked medium-well, and it was flawless. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection—this was easily one of the best steaks I’ve had. The attention to detail in both the preparation and presentation of the food was impressive. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, making it an ideal spot for a date night. The prices are surprisingly affordable, especially considering the quality of the food and service. Plus, the free valet parking is a convenient perk that adds to the overall experience. To top it all off, the dessert cart was a visual masterpiece—a stunning display of culinary delights that tasted just as amazing as they looked. We wanted to spend our 3 year wedding anniversary (and 14th year together) here because we have been a couple times before and love the food and atmosphere. When we arrived we had a signed happy anniversary card on the table from the staff which was super thoughtful and amazing. I requested to sit in a booth near the lava wall when making the reservation because it’s just something beautiful to watch. The service was impeccable and she was attentive and extremely kind in taking care of us. I highly recommend the queen filet and Mac n cheese! I had the 12 oz wagyu but it was a tad rough but none the less was still good. We thank and appreciate everyone for making our day just that much more special.

Everything was amazing! Steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious. The service was fast and detailed. Can’t wait to go back.

From the minute we walked up, the service was excellent. Every staff member was professional and friendly. All of the food came out at the perfect time. Every dish was amazing! We started with the lobster bisque. Had the crab cake next followed by the bibb lettuce . Our entree was the filet with the Brussel sprouts.

We usually visit Las Vegas once a year, around Christmas, and always spend one night dining at StripSteak. The service, food and drinks are always outstanding, and we look forward to being there every year! It's expensive but worth every bite!
