- LLouisVIPLos Angeles •27 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was our first time dining in this establishment. I've always heard great things about Mastro's and was excited to try their steaks. Made reservation ahead of time. Our server, Sean, was fairly new, but he was friendly and described the dishes extremely well. We ordered half dozen oysters to start, followed by a chopped salad to share. For our Entrees, I went with their Porterhouse, medium rate, and wife ordered a Pan Seared Sea Bass. She thought the fish was somewhat dry, so we talked to our server, and he was happy to assist us to swap the dish to something else. We decided to get their Seared Scallops; which was more expensive, but tasted phenomenal. My steak was very well seasoned and cooked to the right temp. We also ordered their Lobster Mashed Potatoes which was a good portion to share. It was full of flavor and tasted very buttery. Overall, experience was very good, we also ordered a couple of drinks to go along with our meal. To finish our dinner, we also ordered their Espresso Mouse Cake. It was very sweet, but was a good compliment with coffee.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - Costa MesaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Costa Mesa•4.7

She was very friendly and checked with us often, to see if we needed anything or if our food was to our liking. The other servers who delivered our food was also great and efficient (sorry I didn’t get the two gentlemen’s names). The food was great, we both ordered the petite filet mignon and the crème brûlée was the perfect end to our meal. A shout out to the staff at the front desk and the guys at the valet stand who all were efficient in their jobs as well as greeting us with a smile and friendly service. We love this location the best! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 😁🎄❤️😁More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - AnaheimPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Anaheim•4.7

The food is always fabulous, and our waiter was very attentive. The Sea Bass is one of my favorite choices, and my date really enjoyed her Jambalaya over rice. Would be very happy to return.More infoMarket Broiler-The Outlets at OrangePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Orange•4.3
