Carmel was our waitress and she couldn’t have been any better. She was attentive and just an all around nice person. The food and staff are always the best at Mark’s. Our experience is great every time we visit.

What a wonderful place to try local blueberry wine and some excellent food. Whispering Oaks is a quaint place with a friendly atmosphere and staff. The indoor dining room is cheery and the wall murals are amazing. The outdoor patio is great with and outdoor kitchen and Koi pond. On the night we went they had fantastic live dinner music. The food is delicious and cooked to perfection. We had the filet medallions and salmon which was excellent. The roasted red pepper and gouda soup was outstanding. The menu is small, but there is something for everyone. We will definitely go back.

Not their fault, but we sat outside, which was lovely, but there were two “kids” skateboarding on the sidewalk right next to our table. They were very loud. This is an issue for the Gainesville PD. Something for Amelia’s to bring up with them.
