We have dined at Fleming's many times during the past years and had enjoyable experiences but last night's experience was over the top and perfect. Our food was served to our exact specifications and pace. The driver of this well oiled machine was our waiter, Adrian. He is smart and funny and picked up on every nuance of what might make the dinner even more fun and tasty. Bravo Adrian!
