Best Steak Restaurants in Hudson

My wife and I did the Champagner Brunch at Baldamar on Nov. 23. It was fantastic; everything we hoped it would be. The wait staff was very well informed about the food and drink offerings, and provided us with valuable insight. The food was very good, though somewhat hit and miss. The Scallop and pasta dish was fantastic; we ordered it twice. The crab cake was more cake than crab. The calamari was very good, as was the lamb curry. The cocktails, and limitless champagne and wine, were great. They did not go cheap on their alcohol offerings. Bottom line, it was a memorable experience for our anniversary celebration, and well worth the expense.

My girlfriend and I both come from the service industry, and we thought we’d splurge a little for my birthday and dine out at Manny’s Steakhouse. Our server Charles was nothing less than an abject professional. He always seemed to be exactly where he was needed exactly when he was needed, made connections with us effortlessly, and presented the menu knowledgeably and with practiced professionalism. Do everything in your power to keep this gem of a human around, he is one of the good ones.

Mallory's is a Fine Dining Experience. We like early dinners. Waiting until 5, when the crew comes in would be best but, the service was still there. Costly yes. But, for their location in Hudson, You wouldn't expect that the Fine Dining Mallory's Offers would be there! It Is!! Enjoy! Tom
