- SSethWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoEveryone greeted us warmly and directed us to the table. We sat in a private space large enough for our group and were introduced to our server immediately. The menu was clear and the choices all seemed exciting. We ordered drinks and chose the Pre Fixe option. The $60 set price was a good deal and all of the food was wonderful. We enjoyed the space, the food, and the service. I definitely recommend it.More infoThe Bazaar by José Andrés - DCPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Penn Quarter•4.7
- DDanijelWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoDuring our 14-day trip to the U.S., Jaleo in Washington, DC, stood out as the best dining experience. The lively ambiance, excellent service, and exceptional food made it truly memorable. We started with the Jamón Ibérico, which was exquisite—rich, tender, and packed with flavor. The highlight was the Paella with chicken, which was expertly prepared and served tableside by the General Manager. This personal touch elevated the experience, showcasing the care and authenticity behind every dish. Jaleo perfectly balances traditional Spanish flavors with modern flair. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout the meal. If you're in Washington, DC, Jaleo is a must-visit. It was the culinary highlight of our trip, and we look forward to returning!More infoJaleo - DCPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Penn Quarter•4.7
- SSabrinaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024This restaurant was one of my staples for lunch, dinner, and happy hour. But, I had never been to the weekend brunch. I had extended family in town for the holidays, visiting from France, so my son and I decided to go here after asking the two teenage girls what they would like. Like always, it did not disappoint. The service was excellent. Our waitress was so accommodating. We choose some of the following dishes: Albóndigas – absolutely delicious Pimientos De Padrón BOQUERIA B.E.C* Huevos Horneados Tosta De Aguacate Torrija – this was the absolute best French toast I have ever eaten. With a side of - Gambas Al Ajillo My son felt like we ordered too much food, which we did since there were five of us. We left so much food, NOT because it wasn’t great but because I wanted to ensure everyone had dined sufficiently. As in the previous post, please don’t judge me 😂 I’m not a wasteful person. This won’t be a last brunch visit; believe me.More infoBoqueria - DupontPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Dupont Circle•4.6
