- JjohnNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoFornos is a go-to in Newark for a nice occasion. The staff is always friendly and professional, the atmosphere is wonderful - elegant but not stuffy/pretentious, and the food is exceptional. The selections are a challenge - in that there are too many good options; the flavor is wonderful, and you're usually taking some home, as the portions are generous. Then there are sides that come with the meal, along with the salad - plentiful. It's always a wonderful experience.More infoFornos of SpainPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Newark•4.7

Our table expensed a little too much volume from the music in the speaker but this was but a small blemish in in otherwise outstanding dinner.More infoCasa MonoPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Union Square•4.7
- JJeremyNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe booked the Tour of Jose Andrés for our anniversary evening. We had a great time. The food and drinks were all excellent. The service was warm and well paced. Ending the evening with a window seat at Nubeluz was wonderful. Only wish we didn’t have to be up early work or we would have stayed longer than the three hours the experience lasted. Also, while I don’t want to suggest that the cost is inexpensive, we found it to be a great value for money. Food, drinks; tax, gratuity all included in the price. Air bread at Bazzar was a standout. Highly recommendMore infoThe Bazaar by José Andrés - New YorkPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• NoMad•4.7
