Shoreditch is the newest member of the Camino family. Inspired by the Castile y León region of Northern Spain, the restaurant and bar is vibrant yet relaxed, with a beautiful heated terrace for outdoor drinking and dining all year round. This location is particularly special to us, as it was in Shoreditch that our first ever bar Cantaloupe, opened back in 1995. The neighbourhood sparked the DNA that then lived on in all of the restaurants and bars we’ve opened since, and we’re delighted to have returned home again after all these years.

Having lived in Spain - not many places in London deliver on the authenticity of a true tapas style meal. Camino was good. Good quality meats (Solomillo, Fillet Steak, Jamón ibérico) and the seafood was decent (gambas al ajillo, calamari, sea bass). The Tortilla was lovely, padrón peppers were great and then we had mini tacos and some lechón pulled pork which were all great. It’s not inexpensive - we spent 215GBP for five of us (including service charge, and that’s only with one pint, one bottled beer and one glass of wine) - but the quality of the food and good service made it feel worth it. They brought out cheesecake for my Mum’s birthday which was a nice touch! Overall a very nice evening and good experience.

Tucked away but what a find. the staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful when choosing dishes - ALL of which were amazing... The wine was also exactly what you'd expect it do be and slipped down easily to compliment the food. The atmosphere was just right with tables laughing and the noise level was just right. Highly recommend this place and will certainly come back for more.
