Our server wasn't very pleasant but we overlooked it. We were a group of 6 and all the food arrived at the same time and with no issues. We are looking forward to returning soon.More infoKitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley - DCPrice: Expensive• Southern• Downtown•4.2
- DDemetriasWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGeorgia Brown’s in Washington, DC, provided an unforgettable dining experience. We visited for a double date with my husband’s twin brother and his wife, and the romantic atmosphere set the perfect tone. We had a 5:30 pm reservation and were seated promptly, even though we arrived five minutes early. Our waiter was attentive and offered great recommendations. The appetizers—deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes—were a pleasant surprise. I’m usually not a fan of fried green tomatoes, but these were perfectly breaded and fried. For the main course, I had the red snapper, which was served whole with the head on, perfectly seasoned, and the meat was light and flaky. My husband and brother-in-law enjoyed the lamb chops, which they said were cooked to perfection, and my sister-in-law praised the salmon. We also loved the fruit punch mocktail and peach cobbler for dessert. The combination of delicious food, cozy ambiance, and excellent service made for a memorable evening. My brother-in-law said I picked a great spot, and we’ll definitely be returning!More infoGeorgia Brown'sPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Downtown•4.3
- SshirleyWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoOh my god. I was hesitant to go here at first because of a few negative reviews I read. But, I went and let me tell you, I’ll be going back. From start to finish, everything & everybody was fantastic. The food was delish; came out fast and it was hot; the waitress was attentive and friendly; the ambiance was 100. Can’t say enough good things about YardBird. I’m just glad i didn’t base my experience off of other reviews. Go! You won’t regret it.More infoYardbird Table & Bar - Washington D.C.Price: Expensive• Contemporary Southern• McPherson Square•4.5
