Best Seafood Restaurants in Pleasant Prairie

Great steak and Italian place in Lincolnwood. It’s a high end option - not cheap. I’ve been there 3 times and it’s been spot on service, nice ambience, and good food. Worth a trip if you want to avoid downtown

We sat in the bar and had an amazing waiter. We had salad and sushi appetizer was delicious our friends had seafood salad and clam chowder. The fish entree was delicious. Although it's far for us to drive I would definitely go back, after not having been for years

We have been fortunate to have hosted many special occasion dinners in the western and southwestern Chicago suburbs at many if not most of the “usual” nicer restaurants, including Morton’s, Gibsons, Capitol Grill, Sullivan’s, Seasons, Hugo Frog Bar, etc. And they have all been good and in some cases exceptional. Somehow we had not discovered Trulucks. Until last night when we went there for our daughter’s birthday. Wow. We were extremely impressed and have a new favorite spot. All the food was exceptional - sea bass, lobster thermidor, scallops, salmon, lobster bisque, and seafood platter. And our server, Francine, was really outstanding. Present, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, without any aspect of pretension or overbearing. Really well done overall and we all look forward to returning soon.

As part of my team Christmas outing we went to dinner at DiPescara. After going to the Chicago Botanical Gardens light show it was the perfect place—friendly and attentive staff, good selection of beverages, specials, appetizers, salads, entrees and wine. Everyone loved their meal and the prices were very reasonable.

Celebrated my sister’s birthday there that was her first time I’ve been there several and she thoroughly enjoyed it and said she would be back wonderful experience
