- JJakeSydney •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoSt Blaise is a cosy and intimate restaurant hidden on Bunnerong Road and an absolute hidden gem. The head chef and owner was very sociable and hospitable throughout the night; and made us feel like we were being welcomed into his home. His passion for the food and Dubrovnik culture was apparent and seeped into the overall experience. The food is prepared right in-front of you and was fantastic. We started with the traditional salted cod pâté and chilly, garlic & chorizo spicy prawns with focaccia; and for our mains ordered the Dalmatian seafood stew and pasta with traditional Pag island lamb ragù. Everything was seasoned perfectly and plated nicely; and the sea food stew was generous in its seafood components. We ended the night with the tonka bean Belgian chocolate ganache tart with baby figs which was rich yet balanced well with the inclusion of baby fig. We will certainly be back to try the rest of the menu and recommend highly.More infoSt BlaisePrice: Expensive• Croatian• Matraville•5
