- GGeorgevipNew Mexico •11 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was excellent. We had the chicken and oyster mushroom dumplings, the broth was amazing. Also had the Parmesan Noodles with shrimp, and Spring rolls as an appetizer. It was a ton of food and everything was delicious. Service was attentive. The only small complaint that it is very noisy. Some acoustic ceiling/wall tiles would help. Very good food!More infoLittle Sister - Redondo BeachPrice: Expensive• Southeast Asian• Redondo Beach•4.7
- KKenjivipLas Vegas •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWent there for a Saturday night date night. The place was crowded but not full. Aside from some rambunctious kids at the table behind us, the noise level was actually pretty tolerable. Wine selection was a little limited as compared to other places but we tried a red blend which was actually pretty good. The menu had a variety of foods from smash burgers to wagyu steak. Their prices were moderate but the food was great! Their fish and chips were the best I've ever had. My girlfriend order the lobster roll which she loved. For dessert we shared the chocolate nocciola which was rich and very chocolatey. Our server was Rachel and she was very attentive and prompt. Parking can be a problem at the Riviera but we got lucky and found a spot right away. We enjoyed this place so much we added it to our rotation...More infoSalt & PearlPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Redondo Beach•4.6
- RRicavipLos Angeles •22 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoExceptional Experience! I had the pleasure of dining at The REX Steakhouse, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. As for the food, it was nothing short of spectacular. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and tender, juicy flavor inside. The quality of the meat was evident in every bite. The sides and appetizers were equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly complementing the main dishes. Don’t even get me started on the desserts; they were the perfect way to round off an amazing meal. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for an excellent meal, The REX is the place to go. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to return!More infoThe Rex SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Redondo Beach•4.7
- PPhilipvipLos Angeles •76 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI've been meaning to come to this restaurant since it opened a couple of decades ago. The big surprise was the view. Where you expect to be looking out to open water you instead look across a large concrete expanse of the horseshoe pier. There are water views of the inside area of that pier. The other surprise is how large the restaurant is. There was a birthday party of 20 when we were there and the place didn't seem full at all. Service was relaxed, friendly and attentive. The prices are average for high end seafood and steaks. They do have a $49 prix fixe that one of our group ordered and very much liked. Both the clam chowder and lobster bisque were superb, as was the salmon. And excellent complimentary hot bread, a rarity these days. As we were celebrating two birthdays, 2 complimentary creme brulees showed up at the end. All in all, a very pleasant experience.More infoKincaid's - RedondoPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Redondo Beach•4.5
