Knife and Spoon restaurant really deserves to regain its Michelin star. Amazing service, superb cuisine, very good ambiance. The Australian Wagyu filet is worth the premium, and the kimchi spinach as well as the macaroni and cheese provide an excellent accompaniment. We were on our way to Disney Springs and saw that the traffic was super heavy. Fortunately, I remembered that there was a Bahama Breeze nearby and made an on the spot reservation with my app. We were so happy because we were able to walk right in, on a very busy Saturday night, and get a booth table by a window. Our server, Ernie, was fantastic.  Everyone who we encountered was wonderful. The food, ambience, and noise level were perfect for us.
