We celebrated tonight a late New Year’s Eve and the service was impeccable: never felt rush, always checking at the right time if we needed a anything and bringing each course at the right time. The food absolutely delicious and so were the cocktails. And one little tool that puts such a perfect touch on that table cloth: that metal blade that gathers so carefully all the crumbs. Our table looked implacably clean all evening. I love these small details that make everything being just perfect. The waiter was so nice and definitely had excellent recommendations for food and mixed drinks. They surprised us with cake and birthday shots! We were so full at the end of everything! Also the chopped salad was crisp & had the perfect amount of salad dressing. The only downer was the red fish crudo. The main flavor was an overwhelming lime taste. It would've been much better in a "tears of the tiger" sauce or with some wasabi to make it more sushi-like. Serving it with crackers would help also and the avocados were unsalted.
