My side of cream spinach was served lukewarm and I returned it. I didn’t have it replaced although they offered. There was a problem in getting our two glasses of wine before our meal, the food came out way too quickly even though we had requested a slow delivery of our meal. One of the managers came by and finally got our wines. My wife had finished her steak and I was half finished. By this time. A different server, Mike took over and things returned to a great experience, we received a free butter cake and credit for the two wines and Mike gave us two green tea shots on him after we had paid our bill. They messed up with communication but recovered beautifully. It turned out to be a great experience.More infoMastro's City Hall SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Old Town Scottsdale•4.6

The bar area was woefully understaffed. Our table was ready 30 minutes late. But our server Jeff was fantastic and made up for the very rough start in the bar. And they comped our drinks from the bar without prompting. The bar server is great - but he was alone with full dinner tables set up for Christmas Eve and a crush of folks waiting for tables. I felt sorry for him. Jeff told us that it was the busiest he’s ever seen it in 11 years. Management should have seen this coming. It the food was great and we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.More infoJ&G Steakhouse Scottsdale at The PhoenicianPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Old Town Scottsdale•4.7

Prior to dinner, we had drinks and apps at the Jade and loved the service, creative drinks (Ruby Slipper and Chocolate Old Fashion) and delicious food! The view was spectacular! Then moved over to The Elements for an outstanding dinner! We sat outside and looked out over the beautiful lights and mountains. The food was wonderful!! Diver Scallops were our favorite but crab cakes, fillet and Salmon were equally delicious!! Just an outstanding experience all the way around!! Well done!!More infoelements at Sanctuary Camelback MountainPrice: Very Expensive• American• Central Scottsdale•4.5

Noise wasn’t an issue, we could easily have a conversation. The menu had something for everyone, which was important because our group had a vegetarian and a person with celiac disease. Seasons 52 has dedicated menus for allergies, so be sure to ask if that applies to you. The food was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and was seasoned well, with the wood grilled flavor enhancing it. Other diners had a salmon entree, which I tried and it was also delicious. One diner had the gnocchi dish and told me it was very good. We finished with a sampling of the dessert cups which were amazing. I highly recommend Seasons 52!More infoSeasons 52 - PhoenixPrice: Expensive• American• Biltmore•4.8
