Ambience rating slightly lower due to volume. We were in the upper room, which we loved, but the small space made the noise level, sometimes, too loud for comfortable conversation. But, really, I think it was the large party there and then the “we had a few before we got there” couples who didn’t care that they were too much for the room. Our excellent serve staff were Imari and Larry. They both greeted us with "Happy 38th Anniversary," and said, "Welcome to Chops." We ordered Calamari as our appetizer, and our entree selections were, the NY strip and Lamb Chops, with Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Mushrooms. Our food was prepared to our desired taste. Imari and Larry continued to check on us, and they were, by far, our absolute best serve staff of 2024. Please pass our thanks to both Imari and Larry for their excellent service. We arrived early for our reservation and instead of waving us off, we were invited in and made to feel welcome. Then, once seated, Sylvia took amazing care of us throughout our meal as we celebrated our parents’ anniversary. I don’t know how they track info, but she remembered that we’d dined at Kyma before, and that she was our waitress. We had a number of the dishes, and all were excellent. The lamb chops were particularly delicious, as were the Greek donuts at the end of the meal. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening.
