Cove Restaurant offers a very relaxed touch of class dining experience with breath-taking views to enjoy whilst you sit and enjoy your meal. Cove kitchen is lead by Craig Douglas who has trained in some of the top restaurants in the world from Tom Kitchins, Sydney Opera House to Ness walk hotel where he was Executive chef for nearly 4 years gaining its five star status for food. Our menus are carefully designed to ensure we are using locally sourced ingredients. Our food philosophy is classic dishes that everybody knows and loves however prepared with a lot of love and executed in a modern way.     First time to this restaurant, very nice looking place , not a massive menu but sufficient. Prawns for the starter for me was the outstanding dish of them all . If I had one criticism it would be maybe to have a couple of extra dishes as an option on a specials board and reduce the price of your sweet menu , extremely expensive for what it is

    Solid 5 stars all round, Norman and his team were so welcoming and the food was first class. 3rd of January and the restaurant was full but service and food were top level. Great choice on the menu and the fillet steak was phenomenal. Definitely should be on everyone’s dining list if looking for a top quality experience In Inverness. Well done everyone at Cafe 1
