I had one and verified it the day before with OT, but when we arrived there was no reservation. While the hosts did a decent job of accommodating my family of 5 on this night, they had absolutely no record of our reservation from OT and tried to turn us away. SECOND BIG PROBLEM: If you are not staying at the hotel this restaurant is in, they do not want you eating there, especially on Christmas Eve (Nochebuena). After much discussion in Spanish, we were able to get seated prior to the restaurant opening, which was all on the discretion of the hostess.
