Durch diesen Standort-Vorteil sind wir das einzige Restaurant in München, das Produkte aus eigenem Anbau auf den Teller bringen kann.Die Gerichte sind anspruchsvoll in der Herstellung und bedürfen vieler Handgriffe bei der Gestaltung. In der Hirschau steht der Einklang von Genuss für alle Sinne und Präsentation der Gerichte an oberster Stelle. Es erwarten Sie bayerische Gerichte mit einem modernen Touch, jedoch stets mit traditionellen Wurzeln und regionalen Komponenten.
