Best Peruvian Restaurants in Miramar

We were served by Jose Rodriguez and I must say what a great waiter, knew the perfect time to come in and out, it’s like every pause my family and I had in conversation was supplemented by a refill or offer from the menu, or just a check in. It was great and also knew it was my mothers birthday and brought in a perfect dessert for her. A great spot, great staff and great food. (I recommend eating Lomo Saltado Sushi)

It was recommended by John Leguizamo that we dine here. It was all he said about this place and more. Everyone, especially our server Suzie, was so delightful and helpful. The best place to experience Peruvian food and hospitality and Miami vibe. More than five stars 🌟

We dined on a Sunday at 5:30 PM. Our server Javier was wonderful and attentive. He informed us about their Happy Hour offerings. A lost art in service is recommendations by staff- but Javier was helpful and happy to point out dishes and ask about dietary needs. Our party enjoyes lomo saltado, tostones w camarones, anticucho de carne, NY Strip, and chicharrón de pescado. My favorite was the Parihuela de Mariscos w a side of rice. It’s tad annoying to pay extra for rice- but it compliments dish dwell. Cocktails were great . They have a spicy margarita that was delicious.

We had a wonderful experience dining at Francesco last night. Our cocktails were made to perfection (Moscow mule and Pisco sour). We ordered ceviche for appetizer in 3 different sauces. Wonderful! main entree were a lobster with risotto and the corvina in cognac. Amazing tastes! We had no room for dessert but will come back to try some other time. Our waitress was very professional and knew the details of each dish. She also recommended an albarino that was really nice with our meals. Glad that we selected this restaurant, as we were celebrating my wife birthday and she was very happy :-)
