Best Northwest American Restaurants in Beacon Hill

Great meal. the food was superb. The service was good and attentive at first but she did get busy. The restaurant does have a 20% service charge.

Another fabulous meal at Tilikum! We always have the pasta appetizer, it’s so delicious! We followed that with a cup of the French Onion soup (absolutely the best), the fried brussel spout salad and then our main course, the lamb rack! All of these dishes were excellently prepared and presented! We ended the evening with their gingerbread cake, one of the best desserts we have eaten! Needless to say, a spectacular experience!

The food here is so great. There’s something for everyone and they are willing to accommodate, and are so warm and friendly about it. The gluten free bread is so incredible, I mentioned how portland struggles with gf bread that isn’t off, they brought me a whole loaf to bring back with me. It was so so so sweet. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great service & a lovely venue to celebrate a special holiday lunch. We had a window table with a beautiful view of Elliot Bay. Only disappointment: my Steak Frites order came with potatoes that were anything but frites - they were more like a chunky country style diner potatoes - I was so looking forward to the skinny crisp decadent fries that I’ve had there in the past. Alas. Everything else was just right with an accommodating staff & a perfectly chilled Cosmopolitan & glass of Drouhin Pinot Noir to round things out.

Amazing space and quality service! Space is beautiful and staff was prompt, caring and respectful. Food was delicious, spicy and different, I had the seasonal pasta. Would absolutely come back!
