    Excellent place. Food was outstanding and service was outstanding. Because the restaurant was full we managed to eat at the bar and had some great cocktails. The birria dumplings where a hit the consume that it came with was outrageously good. We also had the short ribs and chicken main courses and both were to die for.

    Picked Cocina Chiwas to introduce my parents to excellent modern Mexican food. Always pleased to get a reservation at Cocina (hint: early is easier). The food is impeccably well done with a shifting seasonal menu that is fresh and vibrant. Adrian is at the top of his game slinging cocktails and making guests feel very welcome. I’ve never been disappointed with a meal here.

    Everyone says get the bacon wrapped shrimp tacos. We got a mix of plates and knew i would like it, but didn’t think i’d love them. Wow! It was like “meat butter” in your mouth! Their chincharones are homemade, Mexican-dad, good. The staff is AMAZING. Not on you every second, yet EXTREMELY attentive. Perfect balance.
