Great place to go for special occasions. Very nice decor, great food and great service. It would have been good to have a xmas decoration or plant on the tables as a little plain.

Amazing goose xmas dinner. The goose was cooked and served so that every bit was incredibly tasty and delicious, Nad before that an amazing mix of starters, pudding and clam times to follow.

In my opinion, possibly the best classic cuisine restaurant in London. Impeccable service that is highly attentive but never in your face. Service that adapts to you and reads your needs. The food is superbly executed and presentation is like a work of art. The value is good, and the £15 corkage fee at lunch makes it very very good value indeed, especially if you are partial to a more expensive bottle of wine or champagne. Been a few times and will go many more. It's over an hour for us to get there but boy is it worth it.

We had one of our best, if not the best meal at Myrtle. A lovely experience from start to finish. Drinks in the wine bar next door before being warmly greeted and shown to our table. The restaurant is on two floors and pretty intimate but all diners were perfectly spaced…….everything has been considered. We had the nine course menu. Every single course shines and offers a taste sensation with perfectly balanced flavours and textures. Each offering comes with a snippet of information about its origin - providing another layer of interest. The team really have nailed it……The front of house service is exceptional- friendly, funny, knowledgeable and extremely professional, whilst the chefs create absolute magic in the snug kitchen. Anna is one clever and extremely talented chef. My husband had a very Happy Birthday (which was acknowledged). Thank you Team Myrtle!

This is true gem in Surbiton and I feel lucky that we have such an exquisite treat on our door steps. The food was exquisite and the service is impeccable and I think very fair in price and value. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place as everything about it is really special. The people who look after you are knowledgable and personable and nothing is too much trouble. You get excellent advice on pairing wines to go with your dishes and the whole experience is effortless and memorable. Have been doing an annual trip for Christmas for a few years now and have been on the odd ocassion at other times and will continue to do this as each time the experience is amazing.
