- JJacquelineDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWent in for a Galentine’s day brunch and had an amazing first time there! Our server, Jameson, was very patient and knowledgable on the menu as we had lots of questions, as well as very attentive. Jorge, the manager, was also very kind and ensured we had a great brunch. Can’t wait to go back!More infoMexican Sugar - PlanoPrice: Moderate• Latin American• Plano•4.5
- CCoryVIPDallas - Fort Worth •28 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a reservation for 2 for Valentines Day and at the last moment, some friends asked to join us. Not only did MS accommodate us, they gave us the coziest wraparound booth way back in the corner away from the bustle. It was perfect! Our waiter, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Brian was delightful. Each couple split the Seafood Paella and it was fantastic. The whole experience was amazing and highly recommended!More infoMexican Sugar - Las ColinasPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Latin• Irving•4.7
- JJacquelynVIPDallas - Fort Worth •16 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe both ordered a cup of tortilla soup for $5. I always like to try a soup when I can. It was very tasty. I’m glad they offered it at that price for a nice single appetizer. My husband got the pollo Agave which was a breaded chicken breast with mushroom sauce, Chile mashed potatoes and a chayote slaw. I tasted the sauce and was surprised it was heavily laced with sherry wine. I don’t generally get steak but was intrigued by the New Mexico tampequenia with cheese enchiladas. The skirt steak was tasty but tough and chewy. I generally don’t order steak for this reason. It’s a difficult protein. The charro beans were excellent and now I know another preparation for chayote squash. This place has so many good choices but I wanted to try something different. I was sorry we didn’t share the Mucho Platillo. Best thing on the menu. Mi Dia doesn’t make Tex Mex. It’s completely different. Every dish is unexpected, delicious and beautifully prepared. I tried their margarita of the month made with cinnamon agave, tequila and pineapple. It was heavily smoked too, which I enjoyed. I liked the Riviera Maya better. We were too full for the Rocky Road ice cream but I highly recommend it.More infoMi Dia From Scratch - PlanoPrice: Moderate• Traditional Mexican• Plano•4.7
- JJenniferDallas - Fort Worth •13 reviews4.0Dined on 27 Jan 2025Anyone who has been to Cabo or PVR has tasted the greatness that is a Birria Taco. This place takes it up a notch .... they offer queso birria which just might be a little bit of heaven with a cup of sauce for dipping. Even our picky eater loves the queso birria taco. Bonus ... the fries covered in queso with steak bites. Service was spot on and ready with a drink refill before we even asked. Highly recommend!More infoChido Tacos and TequilaPrice: Moderate• Mexican / Southwestern• North Dallas•4.5
