    When you become a regular of the Platinum Diamond Group, these people are just extra. I believe the people at the restaurants are great because the Managers are Awesome!     I think there may have been a substitute chef last night. Our boiled potatoes were hard, even after we sent them back the first time. They had the texture of steamed turnips. The order of fried Brussell sprouts served looked more like a bowl of charcoal. I was surprised they were even brought to the table. On the good side, the order of steamed Brussel sprouts was perfect as were the meatballs and eggplant parmigiana.
