Best Lounges in Westchase

The food was OMG good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I had was that I arrived before the staff. When we arrived at 11, we were not greeted by the individual behind the bar. I asked if they were open and he said yes. A few minutes later, a waiter walks in the front door. She sat us down immediately but we had to wait to order the food because the staff was not there. The drinks were really good and the staff came in after we were seated. Once we ordered the food, it didn't take any time for it to come out and it was surprisingly delicious, the presentation was nice and everything was great. Had the staff been there at 11 for our reservation, I definitely would have given 5 stars. I will definitely revisit.

We had an excellent dining experience at Cru Food and Wine Bar. Our server, Kaedyn, provided outstanding service. He's knowledgeable of the wine offerings and provided clear responses to our questions. Kaedyn set the tone for an enjoyable dinner with his presence at just the right time so we never felt rushed or ignored. His friendless and professionalism was noted throughout the evening.

Usually one and done but can’t wait to go back! The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. Compliments to the chef! The menu selection was diverse, from the appetizers to the desserts I was blown away by the execution of each plate. Had the deviled crab, crab fingers, oysters, crab fried rice, gulf snapper, pork schnitzel, and dessert! I definitely recommend for any type of event. The chef took the time to make sure everything was up to standards. Hats off to him and his staff. Wonderful experience.
