Pretty unusual (for me anyway) dining experience, seeing incredible food prepared right in front of you by a sushi master. Chef Jun made incredible food full of flavor in a very understated way, with beautiful presentation. Chef Takaro was a great sous chef and it was great seeing him work; the torched ika was a highlight I wasn’t expecting. I highly recommend the sake pairings; sommelier Luciano was very well informed and insightful on the origins of the sakes and why they were chosen for certain courses. Highly recommended.

Reasonably good food, a little pricey. We were seated upstairs, noise level was right up there.
