- PPimLondon •9 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Nov 2024Do not be fooled - from the outside, this restaurant looks a bit dark and perhaps uninviting. However, once inside, you will realise it is a lovely, unpretentious Japanese restaurant. The restaurant has tables and also a counter bar. The food is excellent, with traditional dishes as well as some modern twists. There is the main menu but also daily specials. There is a good choice of sakes both by the glass as well as by the bottle. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome. This restaurant is frequented by locals in the know, which says a lot. I will definitely be back to try more dishes and sake!More infoYashin Ocean HousePrice: Expensive• Japanese• South Kensington•4.7

Every neighbourhood needs a local spot this great. Also iconic fashion images from the owners label from the 90's to look at. It's quirky and different. They are really nice to kids too.More infoMichiko SushinoPrice: Expensive• Sushi• Queen's Park•4.7
