Natalie our waitress was wonderful. We were celebrating a Birthday and they took care of us so well. The food and drinks were great. We love Blue Sushi!

Our experience at Gyu-Kaku Japanese Restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and the restaurant was spotlessly clean with a great ambiance. But the real highlight was our incredible server. Despite managing multiple tables, he was professional, polite, and incredibly attentive. He made sure we felt taken care of, checking in at just the right moments while balancing his other guests effortlessly. His ability to connect with us while keeping everything running smoothly was truly impressive. Took my wife and our friends for her birthday and we were all beyond impressed with his level of service. His dedication made our night, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary! We celebrated my best friend’s birthday on Valentine’s weekend, and chose the Valentine’s Day Omakase Special, which was absolutely delicious. But the real standout dishes were from their traditional menu. The Spicy Crispy Tuna Rice was an unforgettable treat—the rice was perfectly crisped to a golden crunch, while the tuna was a harmonious blend of sweet and spicy, so fresh and full of flavor. And the Bone Marrow? It was like butter—meltingly soft, warm, and bursting with rich, savory goodness that made every bite heavenly. To top it all off, our waiter Lee was phenomenal. He was so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, making the whole evening feel special. He surprised us with roses, complimentary champagne, and a birthday sorbet for my friend with a candle—such a thoughtful touch! The sorbet was so refreshing and a perfect end to our meal. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, and I would rate the whole experience a 12/10. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Have always wanted to go to Benihana. I lived in Japan for 6 years so am a fan of tepanyaki. My husband and I chose seating in the bar area since it was just the two of us. We were seated in a quiet, intimate area next to windows overlooking the snow covered Japanese garden. Beautiful view despite the urban setting! We selected meals from the specialties section of the menu - excellent value for what you get: grilled filet mignon, veggies, shrimp, lobster with soup, salad, green tea and sherbet! The food was fantastic! Grilled to perfection with ginger and garlic sauce and a mustard sauce for added umami. Delicious! You don’t have to be seated at the communal grill with a view of the chef for an excellent meal. Can’t wait to go back!!

The food was delicious..great experience.. I just wish I could take my food home .. there’s no to go plates.. other than it’s a nice place to eat .. my favorite was the sushi .. I ordered too much of it 😂
